Starting with Susan, who is the contact person, you know it's going to be a different experience. Professional, connected, thoughtful, and detail oriented. I needed a handyman asap and she sent us Navino, (same day) who did an excellent job putting together my daughter's bed frame, was cordial and professional. When I showed him a couple of boxes that contained more 'projects' for him in the next couple of days, he opened one that contained a small desk, removed it from the box, took it upstairs, and got rid of all the packaging and the box! We were impressed! And he said he could put it together on Sunday! Mind blown!!Thank you for making our moving into our new home a less stressful experience. I injured my back (I'm now wearing a back brace) trying to do these types of projects with my daughter, but we won't be doing that anymore now that we have Ebony Enterprise and Navino taking care of our projects! Next the gazebo!!
